Heather Dubrow denies being Andy Cohen's egg donor - Page Six

Heather Dubrow is a great gift-giver, but she didn’t gift Andy Cohen his baby boy.

The soon-to-return star of “The Real Housewives of Orange County,” 52, shot down rumors that she donated one of her eggs or embryos to the “Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen” host, 53, to conceive his son, Ben.

“Everyone wants to know … I’m going to let you dispel the rumors, ready?” Dubrow told Cohen on Wednesday’s episode of her PodcastOne show, “Heather Dubrow’s World,” before asking him point-blank about the speculation.

“No, you did not, but it’s very funny because as we said before, that would really be an HR issue,” the Bravo host responded, though he acknowledged that the “Housewife” would have been “a good candidate” otherwise.

Cohen, who is openly gay, announced in December 2018 that he was due to welcome his first son via surrogate, prompting fans to share some interesting theories about who could have donated the embryo or egg. He went on to welcome Ben in February 2019.

On Dubrow’s podcast, Cohen said searching for an egg donor was “frankly the hardest part of this entire process.” He explained that he initially sought a Jewish egg donor before deciding he just wanted to find a “healthy” match.

When asked about whether he would be open to having another baby, Cohen said he “would like to” but noted that the process would need to happen “ASAP.” Describing himself as an “old dad,” Cohen said he wants to grow his family of two so that his son could have “stability and people around for him.”

The TV personality is currently single, but he said becoming a father has not affected his dating life. When he went on his first dates last week since the COVID-19 pandemic began, both suitors expressed interest in one day having children.

Cohen regularly posts pictures with Ben to Instagram as they hang out at home. Earlier this month, he shared a photo of the 2-year-old holding a bunch of balloons from Cohen’s June 2 birthday.

While Cohen does not have another child on the way yet, there is plenty of other news going on in the world of Bravo.

Earlier this week, Page Six confirmed that “RHOC” is shaking up its cast next season, with Kelly Dodd, Braunwyn Windham-Burke and Elizabeth Lyn Vargas making their exit. Two new cast members, in addition to familiar face Dubrow, will be joining the upcoming 16th season.
